3020 John Deere rear brackets for JD 48 loader

I have purchased an older JD 48 loader with the arms running back to the rear axle of the tractor to which it is attached. (Not a quick hitch). I want to put it on a JD 3020 tractor, but the brackets that came with it are for a Farmall. I think the front brackets will fit, but the ones to the rear axle will not. I think the rear brackets are the same for the 3020 or 4020. Does anyone have suggestions as to were to find them or a way of making some. I am not exactly sure how they fit.

i have a loader off a 9700 ford on a 970 case and i had to drill new bolt holes on the front -- on the rear (same as yours) goes under the axle housing mine has U clamp to hold it up in place -- i think they all do that go under the axle

Easiest thing for you to do is go to JDparts.com,click on parts, download PC # 1108 for a 48 loader. Then go to pages 9 & 10 to compare the adapter brackets. The 2 mounting frames that go from side of engine to back axle are identical part #'s for 3020 & IHC. LH part# AC15704 & RH AC15703
