Fair Price On A Allis Chalmers Roto Baler

Seriously? If it"s in good condition with good paint. belts, etc. maybe $300.00 tops. 500.00 if you can find a collector.

Depends on the year and what version it is. If it a late white top around 1000 in A1 shape or a #10 non stop over 2000
what's your serial number?

Around here the white tops bring 400.00 to 600.00
the older ones are scrap price. Have seen people paint the older tops white and expect the higher price, never seen them get it.

Next door neighbor uses an AC roto baler. Has about 5 sitting in the barnyard for parts. Don't think he paid over $50 for the good one, and the other ones were all given for free.

Actually there are people looking for them willing to pay 500 and up. My brother just baled 26,000 bales this summer for cattle this winter. He uses four of them and is always looking for balers and or parts. ALWAYS. He uses the white top machines.

26,000 little rd bales are a lot to haul. My left leg gets tired from the thought of pushing clutch pedal down 26,000 times.

Why do you brother chose small rds over small squares or big rds?

Thats why you use a WD or WD45 so that you have the hand clutch, then your foot never has to push the clutch.

That's another good reason not to make mini rd bales. Back when I worked for a dealer and had to drive an AC WD or WD45 It felt similar to setting with my legs straight out in frt of me. Not what I'd call comfortable. Oh well each to their own.
