Farmall Super C Cultivator?

What is this? Is it part of the planter? Cultivator? Is it complete?
All the pictures I can find are of the spring tooth cultivators. Please post a model # so I can find a manual.

Top picture does'nt look like the cultivator on our Super C when I was a kid. Bottom picture, long curvy bar is a fast hitch part for left side of tractor, goes from hitch linkage by left axle under trans top by clutch pedal to one of the touch control arms. The bar tilts the hitch for like plowing a dead furrow in the center of the field or for tipping either side of your two point blade and it makes it easier to hook up fast hitch stuff too.
I think that bar is called a leveling link, do'nt know where they all went, took me about fifteen years to find one and they bring close to 2oo bucks on e bay.
