Sure appears to be an IH tumble plow.

It is a International roll- over plow, I saw one work at a show in Greenville, Ill. On the front of the plow frame is a very small plow bottom, make sure that it is facing to same direction that the plow is throwing dirt. Look closely in the picture, it is on the left side of the plow near some of the cross bars. Worked good, trip the rope and the entire frame rolls over and then you are ready to plow back. I have a set of pictures of the plow rolling over, If you send me a e-mail, I will send them to you.Have you used it yet? Giving you fits, or just curious?
