Ford 503 Hay Rake V-belt

According to the NH part website the part number for my reel drive belt is 86514498. It also says in the description: "139.30 HC Section". Would this be the equivalent of a C139 using standard V-belt sizing terminology?

A C139 belt is 143" in circumferential length on the outside.

The measurement you got from NH is 139.30" in circumferential length on the outside.

SO, the belt YOU NEED is a C135, which is 139" in circumferential length on the outside.

Go to Vbeltsupply.com, and buy from this man. He is a farmer in Iowa, and the C135 conventional belt is listed for $22.75 plus shipping. I have had tons of luck with these belts. I bet your NH belt costs somewhere around $60. It is of NO BETTER quality than these belts.

I looked it up at Messick's and it was actually about $75.

I will call him tomorrow. I see that he has a distribution center in Killeen which is about 30 miles away.
