My grandpa had a Jayhawk hay stacker that he bought new, but it was taken apart for the angle iron before I was around. I would like any information on it particularly pictures. We still have most of the castings and the main triangle base frame with the name plate "Wyatt Manufacturing Company Salina Kansas"

Did you find out anything about the jayhawk hay stacker? I operated one extensively as a young man in Iowa, in the 50's and early 60's. Originally they could be operated by horses but by the time I came along we were powering them with a tractor. Some time ago Ebay had an old advertising flyer for sale, that showed pictures and explanations of them along with automobile-driven "buck rakes" etc. They were an amazing advancement and some think they may have been one of the most significant agricultural inventions of their time. They made the making of haystacks much easier and more effecient.
