Bean Spray Rig

Hey guys, I'm having two major issues with my Grandfather's 80's era spray rig. One the Kohler motor which runs the rig fouled a spark plug, then after changing the plug the motor is running very fast, almost seems too fast. Two, I am having continual rust sediment clogging up my spray gun. The tank was cleaned before I filled it with M-Pede, seemed okay for about thirty minutes, then suddenly seems to clog every two minutes. Help!!!!!!!

Your tank may be sluffing of pieces of rust. Check your filter if you have one. If not you may have to add one or use a smaller screen. If you have the two piston pump with ceramic cylinders, you have the best pump made for that purpose. Many fire trucks use a larger version. Parts are still available.
