JD#5 mower socket

I need the socket Z5051 that the grass stick attaches to the grass board. Does any one have a spare?

You got that a little twisted around. The grass STICK is part # Z5051H, and is still available from DEERE.

The SOCKET (which is apparently what you need) is part # Z5427H, replaced by Part # H24605H (nla from DEERE).

I friend with access to inside DEERE info tells me there's a couple of dealers that still have them in stock, in the Kansas/Iowa area. Here's the dealer phone #'s... (drop the "H" off the end of H24605H.)
