The Lincoln Ag Products website states that the Deere plates will fit a Ford 352 planter but nothing is mentioned about the 309. I'm not educated on the Ford planters so I don't know what the differences are between the 352 and 309.

I used to have a Ford 309 planter. The plates were very expensive. I tried Lincoln ag products, but nobody there would tell me if the plates would fit the 309. I sold the planter and got a John Deere.

Al,

Go to your "Search" thingy, then type "Lincoln Ag Products". That website gives you the info you are looking for. It lists plates for nearly every plate planter made.

The Lincoln plastic plate size chart does not list them for ford but I think that they list with an adapter for plates in oliver of some models, Oliver may have made the ford planter. I know they with adapter fit AC so the only thing I would say is get in touch with maker of the plates and see what they say. If the diameter is the same (I think doughtful) then you could make a drive adapter. I could measure the deere diameter but do not know the diameter of the ford plates.
