I have had this 6620 for about a year, am new to combines so still on a steep learning curve.

There are sections missing from both the chaffer and the sieve. Are these replaceable/fixable?

Thanks!

Sieve is wore bad and the wires rub thru. Fix one spot and another will wear thru. Look for a better one from a salvage yard. No individual repair parts to fix it.

Thanks for the suggestions and replies!
I have found some parts so will see if I can repair it in some fashion: https://www.combineparts.com/Miscellaneous-Sieve-Replacement-Louvre-Short-Finger-NEW-WN-SFLV12
Dave, I am in Florida.

Make sure you replace the rubber bushing the sho runs on. When those get old it causes the sieves to go bad like that. They are available and not expensive.

Jon, Thanks for that suggestion I will do that.

I know so little about combines I am not sure what the shoe is. Is that the frame that holds the chafer?? I attached a picture of that frame but don't see a bushing. Need a little more explanation where the rubber bushing is:)

Thanks!!

like jon said check the shaker arms and bushings. Is it a Titan2 by chance? they are known the shake sieves apart.

Thanks for your comments! It is not a Titan II. I attached a parts diagram of the Sieve Frame. There are 14 bushings (shown as #8 in the diagram.) Are these the bushings that should be replaced?

Yes, and when you replace them position the arm they press into at the middle of it's stroke before tightening the bolt through the center so the rubber bushing doesn't get twisted excessively in one direction.

Thats them. I replaced them in my 7720 and they looked good until i pressed them out. Its not a bad job just time consuming. Coat the new ones with a lil white grease and they will press in alot easier, also get new bolts as they will have wear.
