Are you missing everything, or just the rubberized fabric (Key #4)?
If just the fabric, the width is obvious, make the length so the walkers ALMOST touch it as they move through their cycle, IMHO.
There's a ''hem'' at the bottom, would be nice to have this if some place nearby could sew it, probably will work just fine without it.
