Fuel Gauge Issue

The fuel gauge on my K2 Gleaner wasn't working right so i bought a new one from Agco for it and installed it today, does much better than the old one, isn't wanting to show half a tank down at the 6 o clock position!! Only problem is the gauge is backwards, i looked in the tank and it is 3/4 full but the gauge shows 1/4 tank full, i had a new sender and i plugged the wire onto it and put the sender float at the top but instead of showing full the new gauge showed empty. This isn't a big deal but i was wondering why it is doing that. The wires that attached to the gauge were correct according to the wiring schematic in the manual

The short answer is the gauge and the sender are mis-matched. Agco may have charged suppliers at some point to make this come about. You need to get to the parts department with this problem so they can figure it out.

I found the problem, the glass fuse wasn't making good contact, i bent the ends of the holder, put the fuse back in and it works good now
