Seems that cab is still a little drafty?

Does the 3pt control the belly blade I’m guessing, does it just pivot up and down, anchored on the front somewhere and the 3pt lifts and lowers it?

Paul

Hi Paul, the three point helps balance the blade. When I have the blade in an angle and I lower it one point gets lower than the other. The cab just needs the plexi glass

Hey Gaston, I was thinking about you when I was doing some video editing earlier today. I have some filmstrips with their records that I'm copying to YouTube if you would be interested in watching them. I have one posted for the 560 & there is one coming up pertaining to the 403/503 combines. I'll leave a link below to the playlist. Check back in about a week or so & the combine videos should be posted by then.

Regards!

Mike

Plexiglas does not make very good windows. It scratches easy and is hard to keep clean. It may be fine for your use but someone I knew made 4 different cabs some of the plexglas got changed out for safety glass. The combine glass on the lower front helped see the crop right in front. Only one cab ended up with Plexiglas until tractor caught on fire and burned up because it was just to big to buy glass for. The Combine got replaced with a newer Gleaner E with a factory cab on it. The first Tractor cab had wooden frame windows out of a shed & Sears & Roebuck. Cleddy>
