44000 unloading problems

Hi guys. Last year I broke the primary counter shaft on my 1978 jd 4400 combine. Had a local mechanic repair because I just switched jobs and didn?t have time. It worked great until the last two unloads. I pulled the unloading auger handle and it wouldn?t go back all the way. Thus it didn?t engage. I pulled the seat and realized if I engaged the separator I could get enough clearance between the the pulleys to unload. Is it possible the unloading auger belt just needs to be replaced? All the pulleys and belts on the primary counter shaft look aligned correctly. Or do you think I need to tighten the separator belt more so I have clearance between it and unloading auger belt. Does anyone have a picture of underneath the seat. I feel like the unloading auger pulley should be off to the side of the separator pulley. Did something move that wasn?t supposed to? I appreciate your help.

If I recall...it just has a lever that moves a rod that pushes the entire pully/shaft bearing bracket back to tension the belt.

The bearing could be out..the bracket broken or loose(bolts fall out?)...not much to the system
