Corn Weevils

Does anyone on here know how to keep the little black corn weevils out of corn? I sell cob corn to people that feeds the animals. I'm good till about May then the weevils appear. I've heard borox washing powders, moth balls, and sassafras sticks will keep them away but no luck yet, I've not tried the washing powders though. I have sprayed the ears with a light insecticide but when the 20 bu. bin gets full its hard to respray what's in the middle and on the bottom. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it!!

I've had the same problem but not until I've shelled the corn. I'd like to know where they come from. I had shelled corn in a metal bin for several months and suddenly one day there they were.
