Four wheel drive conversion

I'm helping my brother install a rear drive on his Titan II,and wanted to get as much information on it as I could. The system is off a 7720 turbo and has worked well for years with no problems at all. The only identification is the Mud Hog insignia on the on/off switch in the cab, but the rest looks like Gilcrest system. The other item is what looks like an adjustment knob on the main control valve/solenoid assembly. (last picture) Any info or advice would be appreciated.

I could be wayyyyyy off here, but...

I would think the adjustment is to compensate for tires sizes. It's been since the beginning of harvest but I want to say that my 9500 has an adjustment on its actuating valve down under the rear axle. You may not need to touch it is the turbo had the same size tires and the pumps were the same output.

I sure hope it does a better job of holding seals than my 9500. This year was the FIRST year since 1996 that I didn't blow out a plate seal when I kicked it in. That's with the engine at an idle, the machine moving, and everything hydraulic I could think of turned on to rob pressure. They kept telling me at Deere that I should be able to kick it in going across the field. Nope. That machine just won't have it. I just keep a plate and done seals on hand. All machines are different I guess. I can't unload on the go without breaking the drive chain either. It's been that way since it was new. Still does it.

That would make sense as flow adjustment, it's straight across from the solenoid and might just be a stop for the spool valve travel. The Titan had done a lot of road work so is getting all the rubber off the turbo. We'll have to see if things are a little off when we get into the corn. Thanks

that loox like the same axle as my 750 massey has. there is no inside cab control on my massey , .the 2nd pix shows the hub shifter ,,..i remove the center cap with a 7 /16 wrench, reverse the cap which depresses the center button ,which should and has disengaged the axle for road travel ,. However , last yr, the axle lokt up ahalf mile down the road , only way to move freely and unlok was to reverse the cap ,. i have not touched it since , and everything remains a mystery that i have been ignoring .3rd picture is more than likely as suggested the adjustment speed knob,..to be honest you should be able to get manufacture info somewhere on line and a owner manual

My first post took near 2 hrs to put up, and when the connection drops, start over. Keeps me from being... wordy. Sorry, the 7720 arrived equipped with what was called Mud Hog for easily 20 years. The only problem, two hoses not mounted well = new hoses. So we decided to transfer to the Titan. Mud Hog I found wasn't even close. Found Gilcrest and a manual, very similar but some differences. Yours sound like it might be the same, do you have that "speed adjustment"? Should be left side just saw my picture is upside down, more to learn.
