Thanks for all the help with the chopper.I now have a question about setting it up for corn I an in 200 bushels corn and was wondering if there is any way to make machine handle it better and not loose it out the back

Best way to reduce losses is to slow down. In a crop that heavy with a 4 row head, you will be down to 2 mph. Set the combine by the manual and fine tune from there by checking the sample and field loss after every adjustment. Ben

Slowww. I ran mine in 160 bushel corn and it was painfully slow. L2 now. 1st gear about 1/2 way on the variable speed. Open up the Chaffer a bit more

Walkers set all the way back if I go much slower I will be going backwards. Working on making up smaller drive sprocket for clean grain to move it quicker
