pods in ben and crackin 11% beans, how do i set it?.. also very little beans on ground.....cyl speed 450, concave 5, fan 1100 and 5/8 and 3/8, also back half of con cave open half way......hardley anything commin through the back, one foot square on the ground maby 1-2 beans that could be the head, beans hittin the windshield

We had problem with pod hulls in grain bin so son decreased the cylinder concave gap and it solved the problem. Beans were dry. Not many splits.

tighten the bottom sieve a little more. I'd take a can full of threshed beans, and set them on a closed bottom sieve. Open slowly. When they roll through, that is open enough.
