The digital display for ground speed, RPM, etc. quit on my 6620 a couple days ago. Just wondered if anybody else had this trouble and what they done to fix it? It just went blank like it lost power, I checked the breakers on the firewall and they all have power. There is a little red light on the engine rpm button that flashes on once in a while which makes me think there is power getting to the unit. I'll pull the inside cover off when I get it back home and check for loose connections or bad wires or anything else that may be causing it. I'm afraid it is dead and I'm gonna have to replace it. But I've also seen folks say that they will show all 8s when they quit so I don't know! Any suggestions as to what else could cause it or anything else to check would be appreciated!
