Does anybody else have problems with the header not raising on the Gleaner F combine. All other hydraulics are working fine, its just the header will hardly lift. Any help would be appreciated.

Does your F have the valve for the auto header height control?

Do you have header height control, and if so do you have that set right (off) for now?

Are the rods set right so the right spool moves when you move the lever to lift the head? That was a cool deal that each lever did 2 functions,
but you need the long rods set right.

Have you checked the poppet valves, the one under the bigger nut in the valve stack. They have a habit of the nylon plastic separating from the
metal pin.

check the pump drive belt it needs to be in good condition and tight,if glazed over and loose it will slip and not even squeal
