Gleaner E hydraulic problem

I have two Es one with grain head and one with corn head. I had to borrow the hydraulic pump off of corn one to finish cutting grain and now I put pump back on it will lift head only a little bit when it is first started. Any suggestions. I switched pumps and filters and same results

Did you try a new belt? As I recall, that belt needs to be "fiddle string" tight.
I do recall watching that system on Dads late E, and if the belt wasn't super tight, the pump would almost stop when the corn head was raised, or the variable speed was activated. The mounting bracket wasn't all that rigid, and it would set there and wobble. I don't recall if the bracket needed welding at some point, but I do remember the reservoir cracking from the vibration.
Can you get someone to operate the controls while you watch?
