I have a 20 foot grain head anger that I am making into a 13 foot. Does anybody have a good way to get the spot welds out of the tube for the drive hub plates.

Spot welds can be drilled out- make sure to use a bit big enough to catch all the weld. I did that on a Gleaner feeder beater rebuild. Also when I rebuild damaged wheel rims.

Go to a body shop supply house...they have special bits to drill spot welds.
