Hey guys, I posted this on the allis forum as well but I am looking at a 1977 gleaner F2 with a diesel engine in it. It is also a short walker version of the F2. Original owner with no hourmeter. Looks ok but it sat out for a year. It has a 438 cornhead and an 15' pitman type bean head that is basically unuseable. What should I expect to pay? It is in southern Minnesota

Being a short shoe- not much more than for a Model F. 438 head? Orange or black? Even the blacks are cheap now, especially the wide heads. Not much value in corn country- maybe $1000-1500? Seller doesn"t have many options.

Mike if you run across another f2 DIESEL let me know .. e mail is open. I had a E3 years ago and think I would like to have an F where I would know where ever thing is.
