Does anyone know if a 9400 and 9500 sieve is the same size? How about a 6620? What is the difference between a 6620 and 9400 combine sieve size

Thanks

IRC the sieve size between the 9400 and 9500 are the same. The main difference between the two is the length of the straw walkers and engine horse power. The JD 6620 is much narrower than the JD 9400.

The cylinder/separator width of the 9400/9500 is the same as a 7720(wider than a 6620)....The 9400 and 9500 have a larger diameter cylinder with 10 cylinder bars versus the 6620/7720 with 8 bar cylinders.

All the 9400 combines I've seen had 5.9L engines(not sure if a 7.6L was an option or not?)....The 9500 could have two different hp ratings of a 7.6L engine.

Not many 9400 combines around Oklahoma..however the 9500 is quite popular.

I believe the 9400 was marketed as a smaller/cheaper 9000 series combine for small acre operators.
