international harvester combine with a c153 engine

i have an International Harvester model 105 with a c153 engine that has overheated and now water drips into oil pan..my question is why and where is the water coming from.
 
The 153 is a sleeveless design. So if your lucky you have a leaking head gasket, easy fix. More likely something is cracked, head, block ect. Time to pull it apart and do some investigating.

Do you know what is the number of the engine for the model 93 international combine..would it be interchangeable with the c153?
