My 1978 JD 4400 combine as soon as you turn on the keyswitch to start the engine both the flasher lights come on and stay lit. They do not flash, just stay on after the engine is started and with the light switch turned off. They do not flash when the light switch is in the flasher position. All the field lights work with all positions with the light switch. As soon as the engine is turned off, the flasher lights go out. What could be causing this? Is the flasher bad and need to be replaced? Could it be ignition switch related? Any assistance is always appreciated.
