There is a Deutz-Allis 3 x 30 cornhead going to sell on Del Peterson's online auction May 23,2017. It is located in Perrysburg, Ohio. I would guess it would be off a K3 combine. It would not be wide enough for any of the rotor combines.

I have nothing to do with this header but know that the 3 x30 headers are not real common. Especially a real late model one like this one.

It would have fit a F3 with the narrow rims and the shields.

K2 was the last of the K series, and they didnt make it to the last year of the 2 series (82) 81 was the last of them.

That being said, the black frame corn heads can be made to fit quite a few models. A 6R30 can fit F through L3.

Whenever I see 3x30 I remember my 3 row head for my first combine, a Massey 410 gasser. Then I have nightmares for 3 days!

Gleaner never made a K3 , last one was a K2 . That 3 row corn header will fit a K, K2 , F, F2, F3 .The reason it will fit both the k series and the f series is the mounting hooks can be moved in and out to fit the two sizes . To fit on the k series the hooks are moved to the inward location and filler panels are installed to fit the smaller throat of the K series . The chain drive also has to move over .Looking at the photo it came off of an F series , and is a 'black series' which is the latest ones built.
