my dad and uncle had one of these. they traded it for an A-C all crop during middle of wheat and oat harvest due to muddy conditions. the dealer never took it back with him. it sat on our home place under a couple of tress till 1991 . was then sold to a scrap iron guy. as kids we spent many hours playing on that thing. it was a half a quarter mile from the house an was kinda a land mark. so glad to see pictures of what it looked like new. I'm going to save this picture for sure as it brings back many memories of childhood hours of imagination

Thanks for the shout out. Someone told me this was here, pretty neat! There are some minor differences, it would be interesting to know what year this is.

(quoted from post at 02:04:28 01/20/17) Interesting----N series Ford industrial engine. Did it have a magneto, or a side mount distributor?

Oddly enough after Ford bought Woods Bros. out the combined used Wisconsin motors on them. I have two of the Ford branded only combines. I figured the reason was by that time the N series was gone and it was cheaper on Ford to use the Wisconsin motors than to use the current NAA motor that was being produced.

Hey Rich, your friend's combine looks pretty
similar to the one my Grandpa used to own.
Would anybody happen to know what the model
would be and approximate years they were
made? The picture (if it comes through) is
of my Grandpa's uncle back in the 50's on a
Jubilee. We still have the Jubilee.
