Bearing on m gleaner

I don't own a service manual for my m gleaner had the bearing on the right side of the main power shaft fail can it be changed with out removing the elevator? Thanks
 
The very last thread on this page, probably be near the top of page 2 when you read this, is 'F2 separator clutch' by the pea grower. Basically pretty much exact same thing, from one size Gleaner to the next........

We disconnected the elevator at the bottom and top clamp then suspended it with ratchet strap. There is a direction arrow on the unloading auger pulley to help with removal, we needed an air hammer to get it to move. Watch the clutch assembly ours had really sharp edges. I would check the price of the bearing mount, if cheap then smash the old one, its a pain to get off with the remains of the bearing still present. We used a phone camera to take pictures so we reassembled it correctly.
