F2 separator clutch

Need to replace the separator clutch disk. Is there an easy way to get the separator clutch off/past the return elevator?

If I recall correctly, spread the down spout at the front of the elevator enough to disengage it from the two pins, un bolt the clamp/plate holding the front of the elevator up, and rotate the elevator out of the way.

electric or manual engage?

I had my electric clutch on my f3 apart this fall and had no issues getting it past the return elevator.

Rotating the elevator out of the way is pretty simple.

In my case the shaft was bad, I could pull the shaft out of the left side of the combine and didn't have to mess with the elevator, but that would
not be in your best interest.

Thanks for the info.

Was easy enough. Took the clutch mechanism to a friend that is recovering from hip surgery and he needed something to do. Got it all done and geesh, it is nice to run. Seemed to just eat the pea vines.
