Neat video of harvesting with Hillside combines

I found this interesting. They are harvesting wheat in the "Skyrocket Area" around Prescott WA. There are fields farmed on up to 45% slopes. We run sidehill combines but they only level up to around 15%. The full hillside ones will go to around 38%. Just thought it might be interesting to flat land farmers.

I enjoyed that! I have a pretty good hill on one of the back fields. I just cut down one side and up the other and go around the wet in the middle if possible. Last year just about a week from now we had a huge snowfall. In December after the melt off I was on that field and lost traction going down. I never push old equipment too fast so she just slowly turned a quarter circle and ended up sideways at the bottom of the hill. Sounds innocent enough but this was not a pleasant experience. :)
