Agco Heritage line combine belts

Agco is selling the Heritage line belts for older Massey combines and assume they are doing the same for Gleaners. I needed a straw chopper belt for the Massey and that was the only thing available unless I wanted to wait a few days. It has a V1 instead of an M1 part number if that means anything and says made in USA. Are the heritage belts a cheaper line and not as good as the original belts? The 1051235M1 is now only available as a heritage belt.

Not sure what their thinking is on switching to the Heritage belts on the combines but we are a Gleaner dealer and sell a fair amount of belts for older Gleaners. To date we have not found the Heritage belts to be a lesser quality.

Thanks for your input. It's a case of fear of the unknown. Hopefully they work out ok.
