End reel teeth replacement?

I am working on a grain head off a 3300 combine and need to replace the tooth on the end outside the reel. How do you get the new ones on? It looks like the washer is rivited on? Do you grind off the washer then weld a new one on? What company made this reel as you see the same reel on many different heads? Is there a better source of parts than Deere? Thanks Tom

Tom you thread the tooth over the washer. That is why the washer has the one flat side. Kind of like putting a key on a keychain.

As for the type of reel. It is a Hume/Love reel. Many companies used them. The parts are interchangeable between many brands. I have used Gleaner teeth and reel arms on JD headers. Shoup and Many other after markets companies have parts for them.

What parts are you needing??? I have some "new" reels that are off of pickup headers.
