IH 80 Pull Type Combine

I recently bought an IH 80 pull type combine. Looking for a direct cut head for it. Also looking for other various parts for it. Wondering if anyone knows of a salvage yard with some of these combines or if someone has one for sale.

Also looking for any more information on these combines.
 
A neighbor has one parked in the weeds. I've thought about buying it and parting it out, but just don't have the time. NW WI, if you're close enough. Most boneyards won't have anything that old - not enough demand. I'm even running into that on my '77 New Holland 1400.
 
I'm two hours east of you, five miles s/e of Ladysmith. Not -quite- in eachother's back yards, but within reason.

Yes, hi neighbor! I'm about 30 miles from Gilman. Do some business there, and drive through when I go to my sister's, in Thorp.
 
I recall an auction there, maybe in 2000 or 2001? Before you bought it? Used to be Mileaway Acres, or something like that.
 
lol.yup "mile away swiss" . there was some different owners in between me and them. I'm the only person to milk anything other then swiss here, I've got registered Holstein.
