Today I attended a sale just south of Paola,KS...It was mostly older Allis Chalmers stuff.....Compared to the past 3 weeks it was a very cold day...After the sale started it clouded up,the wind was strong out of the north,and it was 40 degrees..There was a nice crowd..There used to be a big Allis dealer in Paola,Knechts..Heres some results..
1-Decent old square back 55 JD combine with 335 corn head-----$450---Last used in 2014 on 172 bushel per acre corn..He said he didn't break any speed records but it got the job done..A young guy got it..
