K2 Serial Number

That little K2 I picked up this weekend is serial # is K-K27020V Anyone know what year it is?

Got the engine free. Had water on the #3 cylinder, head gasket blown also. Have a new one on the way.

Looks like 1980. That is the 4 cylinder turbocharged engine, correct? I can't remember if it has injector sleeves, but I think so. Might want to have the head checked while off.

Thanks Bob, yes it is the 433 Turbo and I am planning on having the head checked.

Sounds like you got a little K2 like I always wanted for our little farm!! I missed out on one about 3 years ago that still haunts me for the condition it was in and the price! Post pictures of the little jewel if you can sometime. Ryan
