Hey there
I've done it a couple of times
After the feeder house is removed and all necessary other thingS
I used a forklift on the bottom and
Be sure to have a strong winch or come along
On the top end
It's heavy and awkward
Take your time
Doug

It wouldn't hurt to slide a couple of long 1X6's under the rotor so they lay on the concave, maybe three of them. If I remember right we put the boards under the rotor then raised the concave to lift the rotor just enough to take the weight off the splined shaft on the top end, then slide it down slowly. Sounds easy but like
Duggar said it is heavy so be careful.
