View from my office window, MF 550

People like to bash them, but this 550 has treated me really well.

Couple minor breakdowns, less than an hour in total repairs, but I do go over the girls pre-season.

First try at posting videos. hopefully it works.

240 bu corn, that volume of corn was unheard of when these were first built. Can hear the grain going in the tank, as it gets fuller, the sound changes, love listening to it. The 354 makes sweet music, but that doesn't come across so well in the audio.

Unloading at the bottom of the field, can't make a full round in this field before I am full. My son pulls wagons so I can dump enough to make a full round, and get back to the truck.

well shux rg ,, I feel your pain , never could post pix neither ,,. but you don't need to for me ,.. how well I know the sounds , and the feel of the machine as she is getting full .I cut my teeth on a massey 300 , I still have 3 of them , I loved running the spirited 300 most of all .as harvest went along man and machine become one in tandem ,today being sunday I only shelled about 550 bu of corn with the 750 massey , Indeed It Is Running wonderful this yr ,this is the same one that gave me fitz last yr . it needed a fuel injection pump and a TURBO ,,as compared to 100 on a gleaner F... there are probably less than 30 grease zerks on the 750 ,lots of sealed bearings that should be kept out of the weather , . my machine has 3500hours
