Nice Case 120 on craigslist

They were underpowered; our old pull-type MM combines could gobble a lot more straw than those. Neighbor had two of them; almost comical to watch them try to get big windrows through them.

We (the neighbor) have a 150 that we need to get rid of.

While we are on the subject of case combines, does anybody know the difference between the 120 and the 150?

true on the engines,, I was going to pull my lit to be sure,,, seems power steering and hyd variable speed control came on the 150, they also could have a corn head,, so I am betting they had a more quick detach header than the previous models

My brochure for the 120 shows power steering and hydraulic speed control as new options. The brochure also shows the new "quick detachable" header. I don't know how quick that is compared to a 150.

Thanks I thought so, the "quick detach" on the 150 was two pins at the feederhouse and the lift pins on the cylinder and leveling link if equipped and slip of the header drive, the 120 was almost the same but no pins on the feederhouse but four bolts,

That didn't take long to find a new home, but as I said the price was right. Does anybody know where it went?

Good article on finding and getting a 600 combine in Classic Farm & Tractor this month. Now I have to go back and see if I can find some more in prior issues.
