Brought home my Massey

I bought this combine earlier this summer from a local 80 year old retired farmer. He last used it in 1984. Never straight cut with it just pickup windrows. Tow it home Wednesday afternoon. I worked on it yesterday and got it running. I'm switching the pickup out for another one we have that is newer and in better shape. Only problem is the separator belt is in poor shape and probably let go on me soon. Anybody know were to get one of those? I also plan on taking the cab off if I get time this fall.

Having trouble getting the pics upload but here they are.

Contact a bearing and belt supply place and tell them what you need, along with any numbers that you can read on the belt. They may be able to provide a better belt for less than an Agco dealer.

Check with JayDee Enterprizes for the belt. Amazing that after sitting for 31 years the auger is still shiny!

Are you talking about the big flat belt right beside your cab? I've never heard of one needing replacing. Before we got the machine shed ours (super 92) set outside as a kid. If it rained on that belt then it would dry and shrink. Even with it disengaged when you started the combine the starter had to crank over EVERYTHING. It was all running with that tight belt. We would just stand on the engaging lever to put it into gear and let it run a few minutes. That stretched out the big belt enough.

You are going to need to be pretty exact, but you should be able to get some flat belting and make yours.

man , that is a nice machine ,,. salute to the man that kept it up ,,.., you have class act to follow ...

I am talking about the flat belt. The belt is coming apart even though the combine has been inside a shed. But thanks for all the suggestions on were to get one.
