4420 chopper vibration

The chopper lost a bolt and things went wild. I welded new bolts into the right hand side, replaced the bearing on the right side and flange. Put on a used pulley. The pulley is not perfect. Went and started it up and everything is fine at low speed, wind it up and it vibrates real bad. I found that one of the beater was broke off,( found below chopper when it wild the first time). With this one beater gone, would that make it viberate this bad. I can weld it back on. I'm going to see how these are balanced also. Do you think I'm right or wrong?

It's out of balance. I totally destroyed a chopper on a 7720 when I lost a beater. Had to buy a replacement. Ouch. Sure ran a lot smoother though.
 
Well I welded the beater bracket back on and straighten the pulley out. Started it back up and it ran fine and no major vibration that I could tell by feel or noise. Now just have to adjust the drive belt for the seperator.
 
Try and set through this season, it'd be a good idea to have the rotor balanced before next year. The chopper mounting for a 4420 isn't very strong and being a little out of balance can cause some serious damage to the straw walker housing.
