The chopper lost a bolt and things went wild. I welded new bolts into the right hand side, replaced the bearing on the right side and flange. Put on a used pulley. The pulley is not perfect. Went and started it up and everything is fine at low speed, wind it up and it vibrates real bad. I found that one of the beater was broke off,( found below chopper when it wild the first time). With this one beater gone, would that make it viberate this bad. I can weld it back on. I'm going to see how these are balanced also. Do you think I'm right or wrong?
