Gleaner M2 Combine - Where to place an ad?

I have a Gleaner M2 combine w/three heads and want to sell it. I put it on the tractor section of the ad page, but I guess it got deleted as it did not fit. I'm only asking $2600 for all, runs and kept in a pole building, with 3800 hrs on it.

Is this a good price?

Can anyone tell me where would be a good place to advertise this?

Many thanks,

Mike

The combine originally came from Schafer Farms, Glasford, IL. I had it shipped back here.

Would think that the engine alone would be worth $2600 alone.

The 15' flex head and 438 corn head came off my M,tires are 90% and I have an extra drive wheel/tire in the barn, along with the various sieves, pulley and etc.

Guess I will call the salvage yard.

How is the windrow pickup driven on that one? I've been looking for mechanical drive one to put on my K2 and I know the M head won't fit but I could put in on a different head. Gettysburg is a lot closer to me than Minnesota!

It has the standard knuckle coupling that turns a drive shaft, chains and pulleys. The pickup head portion has rubber tires to support the head, I also have the original ski's that came with it. I bought it used, but never used it, sitting under the barn. Can send you pics if interested. Many thanks, Mike

You should be able to take the reel off your header and mount most any common pick up and have it driven from the reel drive.... thats how most are set up.
