I h a e a gleaner E3 and don't have an operators manual to tell me what the cylinder speed needs to be to run beans and corn.... It has a 21 tooth sprocket now shock is the fastest one on the chart.... Don't know what I need or where to get it.... Also will an E3 run a 3 row corn head or is a 2 enough for it.... Thanks

Start at 500 rpm and go down from there depending upon the sample. Dry soys may let you down to 400, but you may need to speed up the beater behind the cylinder to keep the crop flowing. It will handle a 3 row, just don't overload the separator or elevators.

Need the 35 tooth sprocket for corn/beans. Will handle a 3-30 head. In today's corn yields I'm guessing you're going to be going in the lower side of 1st. Cylinder can probably shell it faster than the separator and clean grain elevator can clean & move it. Go too fast and you'll through it out the back. Mike

Oh...and corn settings are in the corn head manual, everything else is in the operator's manual. Get a parts manual too. Best to find the later version one that covers both the EIII & K so you can figure out what parts from what years of the K (which got updated each year) will still work on EIII if you go to salvage yards.
