Well I'll keep this short because you all know what ag markets are like. Anyway I finally had money to start milking the price was.$28 now it's $16. Well all the newer equipment including my antique machinery is sold or or going to be to atleast pay the land off so I can sleep at night. So it leave me with no combine and with dad not being able to milk I can't go look for one, so I was wondering if anyone knew where and if someone could haul it , I'd like to find a older gleaner because I can fix anything on it, love them, and it's about all I want to spend lol. I'd like to find a K,F,C, or G series. Needs to have a floating head, corn head really doesn't matter now because I'm going to chop and ear pick it all. I don't mind alittle work needing done but I need something I can kinda trust lol. Here's the kicker I need it to be around 3k. Thanks for the help guys.

You should be able to find something in fair shape in your price range. The Gleaner market around me has about dies. Just no one sued the older machines around me anymore.

Gas or diesel?

Gas really takes the fuel, diesel is a lot better. But then prices reflect that....

Here too they aren't worth so much any more, too small. You might be in a dairy area with small farms yet, so the price is still holding.

You can find a running but out of the field gas one for under $1000 here.

A good series 3 diesel might be over your budget here tho still.
