Here is an interesting Combine!!! Steep hills

I have seen these combines before. This is a newer one than most of the other ones I have seen. Its a Massey Ferguson 34 on some pretty steep ground.

The reel is set way too low. See how it is pushing the grain forward and down rather than tipping it back onto the platform.

Im not so sure how I feel about doing that with a 2 wheel drive machine. Going along the slope is one thing, but it looks a little sketchy going up and down them.

Looks like he needs side to side leveling as well of the front to back leveling. I have had the up hill tire spin out before, very scary feeling!

MnScott it has side to side leveling as well. He is just maxing it out.

Those hills are not steep compared to here.
The way it was done here is start at the top and lock the downhill brake and spin around downhill.I never had the nerve to do it because I never had working brakes.That is a newer combine. I am talking MF 90's and Super 92 hillsides. Mostly ran contour never tried to pull uphill or back downhill.
