I hauled another Massey Harris combine home this weekend. Nice looking machine coming from North Central Kansas. Massey Harris 90 combine

Darn it all!! You boys are finding all of these around me. I need to pay one of you a finders fee. I want a super 92. I'd put her to work on some of those bean acres this year.

its amachine in good shape..wow...seen many in quebec, along with the 35, massey 300....jd 55...& the cockshutt 7300...not much money..& usefull machines for small acreages...i use a ac 72 for my flax, & grain mix( oats, barley & peas)...swath sometimes & sometimes straight cut...

Nice machine. I have a 90 that I need to get home too. I was told by a few old timers that our local Massey dealer sold 50 of those 90s in one year back in the 50s. I guess thats why they are all over the place up here.

Super nice combine. I have to come look at it. Do you have an open house day?

I got a French 890, but it is quite different. Yours seems almost like a 92: Power steering, nice shifters, hydraulic lift. Are the silver wheels from factory? So they were comtemporary with the 444 and 555 tractors?
Can you unload on the go with that steep auger and this wide header?

The 890 is electric lift, 2 speeds, manual ground speed variator, no power steering.

The wheels have been widened to allow for wider tires. Not factory just painted silver to keep the metal from rusting. The unloading auger and clean grain upright has been shortened to fit into a shed. Both appear to be shortened about 6 inches. I believe unloading on the go would be very difficult with this machine. The motor was updated to the Chrysler Industrial 265 Flathead engine from the factory 251 motor. The foot clutch also acts as a variable drive on this machine.
