Hi guys; Drove 5.50 hours and looked at a JD 95 gas engine serial number 32327,not sure of the year.Has the old style feederhouse which is part of the head. What model combine with the newer feederhouse would fit this machine? I would like to be able to run a newer 215 or I found a 915 flexhead on this machine. Thank-You! Chris

According to my sources, your combine would be 1966. The feederhouse on those combines is not part of the header. Grain headers will interchange between a 55, 95, and 105 on the square back series. However to run a newer header like you want then you would need a intermediate feederhouse. Couple of guys on here with experience will give you more info.

The intermediate feederhouse will fit only a 95.It will allow you to use the newer style 'quik-tach' heads. As was said the feeder house is not part of the head,it is a removeable part of the combine. Each combine has a feeder house that is specific to that model combine. My 95 has the intermediate feeded house.I use a 443 cornhead, could use any *4* series head. I would like to find a 213 or similar grain platform.
