another 7700 combine question

Had a horn go off (buzzer) Reel quit and will not turn back on?? Electrical light is on (lightning bolt) to the left of the key.
Opened doors on feederhouse to check for plugs and the horn went off but not the light and reel will not turn on.?????
I know I need a manual but only have about 4 acres left for the year and manual is going to have to wait until this winter.
 

sounds like alternator may have quit you. I think you've lost power to electric clutch. as to earlier post on grain on axle you may have a leak in grain tank somewhere possibly or grain running into where fan is. would be coming in from front auger pan or front of sieves possibly.
 
Check your battery cables too. I had weird stuff going on like that on our 7700 and found the negative cable almost corroded away. Replaced it and problem solved.
 
Went out this morning and found: The barley beards had plugged the first section of the screen, backing up the augers beneath the straw walkers. Cleaned this out, started combine, tried to turn on reel... no go. Turned on separator, saw reel twitch so I tried to turn it on. Everything works fine.
Rained a bit in the field so have to wait till later in the day to finish.
