The top two pictures were taken yesterday less than 1/2 mile from my house....They are working on this field today....The wheat has been ripe for a month but all its done is rain-rain-rain.....The quality is terrible and some isn't sellable due to Vimotoxin....Some are only getting $2 per bushel after all the dockage...On Wednesday we were in Barton County MO to the south of us and up to 50% of the wheat remained to be cut.....Its getting tough to grow wheat in this area...

The bottom picture was taken yesterday out the window at 65 mph.....Two Case-IH's were working on a field beside Hwy 43 about 15 miles north of Joplin,MO.....Some of the corn looks great and some of the replant is 1-2 ft tall..Most early beans are only 2-6 inches tall and lots didnt get planted..Only about 10% of the double crop beans got planted and we are out of time....Lots are still baling hay..
2015 will go down as a tough year for farming..

I think I will have had one field that wasn't full of toxin. Still waiting on results from the last few tests. Most of
my fields were docked down to $3 due to test weight. That was before lab results. Lots of guys here are getting their loads completely zeroed out because of toxin and dockage. I sure hope it is a good bean year.

Wow...

I'm curious about how the wheat is a month past ripe and with the rain, didn't sprout in the heads.

My wheat all sprouted, and I don't think the elevator will take it. I did get about 14 inches of rain since June 1st.
