Just bought a gleaner E3 that is super super
clean.... My question is I want to take off beans w it
and am not shure what needs to be changed to do
so.... Also wondering where to get an operators
manual for that machine... Thanks

Corn and beans use basically the same setup, small grain has a smaller pulley on the cyl...(belts are different length). .so it depends what it is set up for now. Corn/bean pulley is about 15 inch diameter, oats pulley about 8 inches. (Multiples are available) Common to open the clean grain elevator bottom if it has the sieve on it, to let dirt out. Manuals usually go with the machine, maybe check with dealers, advertise?

Yes - keep watching eBay for manuals.

I don't remember the stock chaffer and sieve opening settings from memory but here's what I do for my EIII: Put on a 35 tooth sprocket on the right side cylinder drive (not pulleys/belts on an EIII). Set the hand crank variable speed to the middle to start. I run 3 concave bars on 1 (rock door), 3 and 5 positions. Channel concave bars on all 3 positions is fine, I did change to a half round bar on the door (1) position last year for beans to reduce splits. I would start out your cylinder clearance at 1/4. First you need to calibrate your gauges. Open both the rock door and take out both bolts and open back side of the concave too. Clean out any dirt on the doors or in the channel bars. Prop the rock door closed again then lower your the cylinder down till it touches the concave bar on the door. Likely you will have to loosen chain adjusters on both sides to get it to lower all the way. Once the cylinder is resting on the #1 concave bar, loosen the bolts on the gauges on each side and set them to zero. Then you adjust the cylinder back up to 1/4 as a starting point.

Set fan opening plates to about 3/4 open on both fans both sides to start. Your straw walkers should be all the way forward if they are on adjustable plates.

The book will give you all the points to grease, and how to adjust chains in the clean grain elevator, tailings elevator and raddle chain.
